Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 to 3 potatoes
  • 2 to 3 carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Shape ground chuck into 2 large patties and place in foil. Drizzle the top of patties with Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Dice carrots, potatoes and onions.
  3. Lay on top of the patties.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Fold foil over top of patties and vegetables.
