Ingredients

  • 1 ounce chamomile flowers
  • 1/2 ounce spearmint, leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix the vervain or/and valerian(if using), chamomile and spearmint teas together.
  2. Bring 1 cup water to a boil, remove from heat and add teas.
  3. Steep 8-10 minutes; strain.
  4. You may add honey or sugar to your liking. Drink and relax!
  5. Note: do not boil the tea leaves!
