Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. deer hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pt. jar salsa or picante sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the hamburger and deer hamburger in a skillet and fry until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion and green pepper to the skillet during frying.
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Add salsa or picante sauce to the meat mixture.
  5. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes before serving.
