Instructions
- In skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in melted butter until tender.
- Add bouillon; bring to a boil.
- Add instant rice.
- Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Gently fluff with fork.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 6 servings.
