Instant Rice Pilaf

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 3 green onions and tops, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
  • 2 c. chicken bouillon

Instructions

  1. In skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in melted butter until tender.
  2. Add bouillon; bring to a boil.
  3. Add instant rice.
  4. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
  5. Gently fluff with fork.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
