Ingredients

  • 1 uncooked pie shell
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. raw oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Stir the beaten eggs into milk.
  2. Add the syrup and melted margarine.
  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Pour into uncooked pie crust.
  5. Bake in 350° oven for approximately one hour.
