Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 each green and red pepper, chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine cucumbers, peppers, onions and parsley in large bowl.
  2. Add cheese and dressing; toss to coat.
  3. Serve on lettuce leaves.
