  • beaten egg
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • salt
  • parsley
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Boil the cauliflower pieces until just tender, not too soft.
  2. Dip the cauliflower in beaten egg.
  3. Mix bread crumbs with salt, parsley, garlic, and pepper.
  4. Coat the egg-dipped cauliflower in the bread crumb mixture.
  5. Fry the coated cauliflower in oil until golden brown.
