- Dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water.
- Put flour in a bowl and pour in all ingredients, then mix.
- Add approximately 3/4 cup of flour while kneading the dough until it stops sticking to your fingers.
- Divide the dough into two balls.
- Put a thin layer of oil over each dough ball.
- Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator until cold.
- Roll the dough out on a pizza pan.
- Shake some cornmeal on the pan to prevent sticking.
