Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 4 Tbsp. warm water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water.
  2. Put flour in a bowl and pour in all ingredients, then mix.
  3. Add approximately 3/4 cup of flour while kneading the dough until it stops sticking to your fingers.
  4. Divide the dough into two balls.
  5. Put a thin layer of oil over each dough ball.
  6. Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator until cold.
  7. Roll the dough out on a pizza pan.
  8. Shake some cornmeal on the pan to prevent sticking.
