- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine tomato sauce, basil, oregano, and minced garlic in a bowl.

- Arrange vegetables in layers in the baking dish: zucchini, onion, tomato, tomato sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layering two more times.
- Cover and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
