Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Separate 4 eggs and beat separately.
  2. Add milk to egg yolks. Add dry ingredients and butter.
  3. Fold in beaten egg whites.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot griddle.
  5. Turn only once.
  6. They will cook quickly.
  7. Serve with melted butter and maple syrup.
  8. This is the most delicious pancake recipe ever!
  9. You can eat them faster than I can cook them!
