- Separate 4 eggs and beat separately.
- Add milk to egg yolks. Add dry ingredients and butter.
- Fold in beaten egg whites.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot griddle.
- Turn only once.
- They will cook quickly.
- Serve with melted butter and maple syrup.
- This is the most delicious pancake recipe ever!
- You can eat them faster than I can cook them!
