Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons seeded and minced jalapeno pepper
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor 10 seconds or until thoroughly blended, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
