Ingredients

  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients in a bowl whisk it through.
  2. once everything is combined pour a half a cup of mixture (or however much you can sensibly fit into a jaffle maker) into the appliance where you would normally put the bread.
  3. let that cook for 5-10 minutes flipping once or until golden brown.
  4. enjoy :).
