Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, diced small
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 2 diced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 onion, diced small
  • 1/3 c. green bell pepper, diced small
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 c. fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine diced tomatoes, tomato juice, diced jalapeno peppers, diced onion, diced green bell pepper, minced garlic, chopped cilantro (if using), and lime juice in a bowl.
  2. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Taste and add more jalapenos if you want it spicier.
  4. Season with salt to taste and serve.
