Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can jalapeno pinto beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat and chopped onions in a skillet.
  2. Add the can of tomato soup, taco mix, water, and jalapeno pinto beans to the cooked meat and onions.
  3. Simmer the mixture for about 20 minutes, stirring several times.
  4. Place a serving of Fritos on your plate.
  5. Top the Fritos with the meat mixture, grated cheese, chopped lettuce, and chopped tomatoes.
