Instructions
- Boil squash; drain.
- Fry bacon and crumble.
- Brown onion rings in bacon drippings.
- Layer 1/2 of squash, bacon, onions and cheese in 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 325 ° for 40 minutes.
- Serves 10.
