Ingredients

  • 1 lb berries
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package Knox gelatine
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add berries and 2 cups of water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add Knox gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water.
  4. Add sweetener to the mixture.
  5. Pour into jars and keep in the refrigerator.
