Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 303) can creamed corn
  • 1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 chopped sweet onion or 2 Tbsp. instant

Instructions

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Put in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
  3. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
