Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the pork chops.
  2. Pour off the excess fat.
  3. Mix together the soup and water.
  4. Pour the mixture over the browned chops.
  5. Cover and cook over very low heat for 45 minutes or until tender.
  6. Stir now and then during cooking.
