Ingredients

  • 1 big bag crappie fillets or Blue Gill
  • 1 box Fry Magic (in the blue box)
  • 1 large bottle corn oil

Instructions

  1. Get your corn oil as hot as you can.
  2. Use a Fry Daddy or similar appliance for frying.
  3. Roll your fillets in Fry Magic seasoning mix.
  4. Drop your seasoned fillets into the hot oil.
  5. Watch carefully as they fry.
  6. When golden brown, remove from oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
