Ingredients

  • 2 large packages Jell-O (different flavors)
  • 2 packages Knox gelatin
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Dissolve 1 large package of Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 to 40 minutes until partially set.
  3. Prepare the second flavored Jell-O and Knox gelatin according to package instructions.
  4. Mix heavy cream, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla to make the creamy component.
  5. Combine the partially set Jell-O with the creamy mixture to form the 'fingers'.
  6. Shape into fingers and refrigerate until firm.
