Ingredients

  • 1 box Nabisco graham crackers
  • 1 package green jello
  • 1 package red jello
  • 3 cups applesauce
  • 1 small container whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups applesauce with dry green jello.
  2. In another bowl, combine remaining 1 1/2 cups applesauce with red jello.
  3. On a platter, place two double graham crackers side by side and another across the end.
  4. Sprinkle with one color of jello mix over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer with the remaining applesauce and the other flavor of jello, reversing the placement of the graham crackers.
  6. Repeat layering with the remaining jello mixes and graham crackers, ending with graham crackers on top to stabilize.
  7. Spread whipped cream over the top layer.
  8. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
