Ingredients

  • 1 large Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 2 apples
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare Jell-O according to package directions and let it cool slightly.
  2. Pour half of the Jell-O into a separate bowl and freeze until firm.
  3. While the Jell-O is freezing, chop 2 apples into chunks.
  4. Once the Jell-O is firm, mix the chopped apples into the remaining half of the Jell-O.
  5. Pour the apple-Jell-O mixture into an 8 x 10 inch glass dish.
  6. Refrigerate until set and ready to serve.
