Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
  • 1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) mild Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage; drain and pat dry with paper towels to remove all grease.
  2. Cut cheeses into small pieces and melt together.
  3. Add sausage.
  4. Press into a mold and chill for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from the mold and serve.
