  • 1/2 cup lard
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
