Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 c. pared, chopped apples
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together with a spoon.
  2. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
