Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow Jiffy mix
  • 1 box vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake the Jiffy cake in a 9 x 12-inch dish according to package directions and let it cool.
  2. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese to the pudding and blend until smooth.
  4. Drain the pineapple and fold it into the pudding mixture.
  5. Pour the pudding mixture over the cooled cake and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the dessert for several hours until set.
  7. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
