Ingredients

  • catfish fillets
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place catfish fillets in a casserole-type dish and pour lemon juice over the fish.
  2. Leave the fish to marinate for one hour.
  3. Preheat the charcoal grill.
  4. Place the fillets on the grill and baste with melted margarine.
  5. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on grill temperature.
  6. Turn the fillets over, baste again with margarine, and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
