John'S Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 small can mushrooms (bits and pieces)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Boil rice and water until water is gone. Saut onion in butter and add mushrooms. Stir in 2 cans of soup and rice. Pour into casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Rice will not be soupy when done.
