Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Pfeiffers Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. In a deep saucepan, combine the Caesar salad dressing and finely chopped garlic and bring to a simmer.
  2. Be careful not to burn the garlic while simmering.
  3. Add the fresh broccoli to the pan and squeeze the juice of two lemons over it.
  4. Cover the pan and let the broccoli simmer, stirring occasionally, until cooked to your liking.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
