Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
  • 1/2 c. white cooking wine
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 can pineapple rings

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. Mix other ingredients and marinate chicken 1 hour.
  3. Refrigerate at this time.
  4. After 1 hour, on skewers, alternate chicken strips with pineapple rings in "s" curve.
  5. Cook on medium to low heated grill for 25 to 35 minutes. Turn frequently and baste with sauce.
  6. Do not overcook.
