Instructions
- In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Stir in rest of ingredients except half of flour.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add rest of flour until easy to handle.
- Turn on floured board.
- Knead until smooth.
- In greased bowl, let rise until double.
- Punch down and let rise again.
- Shape into round loaf.
- Place in greased 9-inch cake pan.
- Cover.
- Let rise until double.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
