Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ham loaf
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. low-sodium cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • scant 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard or 1 tsp. dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients and form into balls.
  2. Place into 11 x 13 jelly roll pan.
  3. Mix and pour over balls.
  4. Bake at 350° uncovered 1 hour 15 minutes.
  5. Turn halfway through cooking.
  6. Spoon juice from pan over ham balls before returning to the oven.
