Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp. bacon fat
  • 4 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. bologna in 1/2-inch cubes

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and celery in bacon fat in large saucepan.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat over low heat until cheese is melted.
