Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 large instant vanilla pudding mixes
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Bake the yellow cake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan as directed and let it cool completely.
  2. While the cake is still hot, spread the crushed pineapple evenly on top of the cake.
  3. Prepare the vanilla pudding mixes as directed on the package.
  4. Mix the prepared pudding with the cream cheese and whip until fluffy.
  5. Spread the pudding and cream cheese mixture over the cooled cake with pineapple.
  6. Top the cake with Cool Whip or similar whipped topping.
  7. Refrigerate the cake until ready to serve.
