Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp. rock salt
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger (or 2 tsp. powder ginger)
  • 2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 to 5 lb. pork roast

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and rub onto pork. Allow to stand 1 hour or more.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°.
  3. Wrap pork in foil & place in pan. Cook 4 hours until well done.
  4. Unwrap and shred.
  5. In crock pot, pour mixture over pork.
  6. Cook overnight on low heat.
