Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 3 diced potatoes, cooked
  • 3 diced carrots
  • 3 large stems celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Instructions

  1. Slightly brown hamburger; pour off fat.
  2. In another pot, cook vegetables until soft in as little water as you can; don't drain water from vegetables.
  3. Add meat and Cheddar cheese soup; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
