Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar, then add flour.
  2. It will be stiff and crumbly, but carry on.
  3. Press into 8-inch square pan.
  4. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
  5. Cool 10 minutes, then cut in squares.
