Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can chili (without beans)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup grated cheese (Colby or Cheddar)
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Layer in a microwave dish: spread cream cheese in the bottom of the dish.
  2. Spread chili (without beans) on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Layer grated cheese (Colby or Cheddar) on top of the chili.
  4. Spread chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  5. Microwave until bubbly and heated through.
  6. Serve with chips.
