Kelly'S Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb. backfin crab meat ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
- 1 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. hot sauce ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed ⓘ
- 1 bunch scallions ⓘ
- 2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded ⓘ
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded ⓘ
- 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix first 9 ingredients and blend well; pour into baking dish. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and sprinkle lightly with chili powder.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
