Ingredients

  • 1 lb. backfin crab meat
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Mix first 9 ingredients and blend well; pour into baking dish. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and sprinkle lightly with chili powder.
  2. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
