Ingredients

  • 1 (32 ounce) bagcantina tortilla chips
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Tyson Fajita Chicken Strips, fried and sliced into strips (I like beef)
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 14 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 14 cup jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 12 cup black beans

Instructions

  1. layer chips in a 11 X 14 oven dish.
  2. Sprinkle top of chips with Cheese, then with beef, then peppers and beans.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes, until melted.
  4. Top with Cilantro and dollops of sour cream.
  5. Serve with pico and Guacamole.
