Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 pkg. raspberry jello
  • angel food cake
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 c. frozen blueberries
  • lite Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Tear angel food cake into bite-sized pieces and divide into two bowls.
  2. Sprinkle half of the strawberry jello over one bowl of cake and toss to combine.
  3. Sprinkle half of the raspberry jello over the other bowl of cake and toss to combine.
  4. Add 1 cup sugar to the sliced strawberries and stir to coat.
  5. Add 1/2 cup sugar to the blueberries and stir to coat.
  6. Layer the strawberry jello/cake mixture in a serving dish, followed by a layer of strawberries and a spread of Cool Whip.
  7. Add the second bowl of jello/cake mixture, then a layer of berries and Cool Whip on top.
  8. Gently stir the layered dessert to incorporate flavors.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
