Ingredients

  • 1 can Peg (white) corn
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. small peas
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimiento, chopped or red pepper
  • 3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Place the corn, peas, celery, onion, green pepper, and pimiento in a bowl.
  2. Mix the Italian salad dressing and sugar and add to vegetables.
  3. Chill before serving.
