Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 cups flour
  • Kielbasa sausage
  • 3 packages dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup lukewarm water

Instructions

  1. Heat milk, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan until the butter is melted and mixture is lukewarm.
  2. Dissolve dry yeast in lukewarm water.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the milk mixture and then incorporate the flour, mixing well.
  4. Set the mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes to allow it to rise.
  5. Pinch off pieces of dough and wrap each around a piece of kielbasa sausage.
  6. Place the filled rolls on a greased baking pan and let rise for another 15 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
