Ingredients

  • 1 lb. kielbasi
  • 1 small jar apricot or peach preserves
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. Slice kielbasi and fry slightly to get the grease out.
  2. Mix preserves, ginger, lemon juice, and mustard in a bowl.
  3. Add kielbasi to the mixture and microwave or heat in a crock-pot until warmed through.
  4. Serve warm.
