Ingredients

  • 1 box Pillsbury hot roll mix
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small can chopped mushrooms
  • garlic salt
  • Italian seasoning mix
  • 1 package pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Prepare hot roll mix as directed on the box.
  2. Spread the dough on a pizza pan.
  3. Pour tomato sauce on the dough and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Italian seasoning mix.
  5. Add chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and chopped mushrooms on top.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Top with pepperoni slices.
  8. Bake at 450°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is brown.
