- Fold in the whipped cream, then the egg whites.
- Pour half the mousse into an 8-inch round mold that is 3 inches deep.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Pour strong tea over the sponge cake and let it absorb.
- Place the soaked cake in the mold in one piece.
- Add the remaining mousse on top.
- Freeze for 4 hours.
- Garnish the mousse with whole kiwi fruit.
