Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 13 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1 stalk Scallions, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha Hot Sauce, Or To Taste
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger, Minced

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef and minced garlic together in the sesame oil until browned.
  2. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Add remaining ingrediants and simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  4. This is a quick and easy meal served over rice with broccoli on the side.
