Ingredients

  • 1 package pork chops
  • 1 large bag kraut

Instructions

  1. Wash the pork chops in cold water.
  2. Place the pork chops in a large casserole dish and season with seasoned salt.
  3. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  4. After cooking, pour the bag of kraut over the pork chops.
  5. Bake slowly at 250°F (120°C) for an additional 20 minutes.
