Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ground meat, egg, milk, bread crumbs, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls.
  3. Wrap each meatball with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Brown the bacon-wrapped meatballs on all sides in a skillet.
  5. Pour off the drippings from the skillet.
  6. In a separate pot, heat the tomato soup, brown sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce to make a glaze.
  7. Serve the bacon-wrapped meatballs with the tomato glaze.
