  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 head cauliflower (flowerets)
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Make day before (to be eaten).
  2. Layer in order.
  3. Keep in refrigerator.
